Sadly, our 2018 Conference is over. Held on Saturday October 2018 at the National Railway Museum in York, this was the first conference organised by RQG as part of our mission to share latest developments in genealogy and family history. It was open to RQG members and non-members alike.
Abstracts of all the individual talks have been published in Volume 2 of the Journal of Genealogy and Family History. The range of topics covered was inspiring.
Great venue, fabulous variety of talks, excellent speakers and delicious lunch & refreshments.
[The conference] was well paced and ran smoothly.
All the speakers were fascinating, and there was lots of variety in the sessions on offer. The venue was excellent, and the catering was very impressive indeed.
A great variety of topics, excellent speakers, very well organised, fascinating archive tour, good venue.
The Railway Museum really did us proud.
Some photos to remember the day
