Rootstech 2025

The call for presentations has been announced for the 2025 Rootstech event which will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah between 06 – 08 March, with a hybrid in-person and online format.

Presentation submission guidelines can be found on the Rootstech website, and deadlines and key dates are below.

Rootstech seeks professional genealogists and family historians to submit pre-recorded talks for online presentations. If you have a family history, genealogy presentation or project that you would like to submit, please follow the online submission guidelines at https://www.familysearch.org/en/rootstech/call-for-presentations/instructions

Key dates:

• Submission deadline: 24 June 2024
• Notification of acceptance: Late August 2024
• Prerecorded classes due 04 December 2024
• Syllabi and slides for live classes are due 27 January 2025
• Conference dates: 06 March – 08 March 2025
