Ever since a school family history project in my early teens, I’ve been fascinated by genealogy. My grandfather’s stories of his naval career during WWII and my great grandmother’s brave adventure across seas to find her lost love, had me hooked. While I fell into becoming a graphic artist by trade, my spare time was often spent getting lost in census or burial records. So, when the time was right, I switched my pastime to my profession to qualified genealogist, and the rest is history. I don’t get as lost in records anymore, but I still find all the research I do captivating.
I feel that the creativity and attention to detail required in running my own graphic design business gives me several unique advantages that help me stand out from the crowd. I can also take printed materials to the next level with spectacular and beautiful results and I understand the importance of having a strong relationships with clients to ensure successful outcomes.
After living in America for 23 years I believe I have a multi-national understanding of the cultures, lingual differences and their datasets.
