Roberge, Elizabeth
Genealogical & Family History Researcher
Description
Elizabeth is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Genealogical, Palaeographic & Heraldic Studies through the University of Strathclyde, having earned her Diploma and now writing her dissertation in fulfilment of MSc requirements. She also holds a BFA in Printmaking with a concentration in Literary Studies from the Rhode Island School of Design, where her fascination with the history of art and creative processes led her to explore historical research more deeply. This passion for uncovering the past evolved into a serious interest in genealogy and family history. Her areas of special interest include New England and U.K. history and genealogy, French-Canadian history and genealogy, and palaeography.
Residing in Connecticut, U.S.A., Elizabeth also aims to obtain professional genealogical certification in the U.S. in the near future. She currently works at a small Architecture firm where she performs all graphic design and promotional materials functions, but she hopes to transition to full-time genealogical work after her MSc.
