I am a professional qualified genealogist living in North Yorkshire. I carry out historical research predominantly in that area, visiting the North Yorkshire Archives in Northallerton and the British Library at Boston Spa. I also research at the Borthwick Institute in York as well as Sheffield Archives by arrangement.
