Laura House runs House of Genealogy, a business which offers historical research services, DNA consultation services and genealogy tuition. She recently completed an MSc degree in Genealogical, Palaeographic and Heraldic Studies at the University of Strathclyde. Her specialisms are genetic genealogy and unknown parentage cases, and she has delivered several talks on the subject of DNA testing for genealogy.

Laura divides her time equally between London and Stroud, and has experience researching in both. Most of her experience is with British records, but she is also familiar with Spanish and Dutch genealogy.
